- Infringement of Intellectual Property:
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others without proper authorization.
- Offensive Content:
- Posting, transmitting, or storing any content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or otherwise offensive.
- Promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Resource Usage
- Users must not use an excessive amount of resources that could disrupt or degrade the performance of the services for other users.
- Users must comply with any usage limits or quotas specified by Gridgen Ltd
Enforcement
Gridgen Ltd reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, we may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:

- Temporarily or permanently suspending the user’s account.
